To make getting to and from the conference as troublefree and cost-effective for you as possible, we have asked Chi Chi, LLC, Conference Travel Planners of St. Louis, to handle travel arrangements for all interested conference attendees.

Chi Chi has negotiated meeting contracts with the airlines listed below, which allows for discounted rates for individuals traveling to/from St. Louis from November 6–14, 2004. American Airlines – 10% off published fare if booked 30 days or more in advance. 5% off published fare if booked less than 30 days in advance.

Delta Airlines - 12% off Y B or M class, 15% off C or J class and 5% off the lowest restricted fare.

United Airlines - 5% and 10% off fares depending on the class of service.

Northwest Airlines - 5% and 10% off fares depending on the class of service.
